Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Phoenix, Arizona. This role primarily involves managing customer credit applications and records in a detail-oriented and organized manner. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring efficient financial operations within our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Utilizing tools such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for account reconciliation and cash applications

• Handling accounts receivable tasks including billing and cash collections

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Adhering to all industry standards and regulations in performing job duties. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Experience with Billing procedures and practices is required.

• Knowledge in Cash Applications and Cash Collections is essential.

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections is a must.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and processing data.

• Experience with Oracle for managing database systems.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial operations.

• Knowledge of SAP for managing business operations and customer relations is needed.
