We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, located in So. Burlington, Vermont. The job function entails working as a Contact Center Agent, focusing on post-sale services of a technical nature, and requires strong customer service skills.

THIS IS A 100% ONSITE ROLE - It is NOT remote.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries regarding parts and technical matters

Utilize strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Conduct basic troubleshooting for customers on 3 to 4 products after initial training

Use SAP software and other technology tools to look up orders and address technical issues

Assist in ordering parts for customers as needed

Provide remote support and technical support to customers

Participate in post-sales support to assist customers

Be savvy with computer and/or software technology for efficient job performance
