Job Description

The selected candidate will represent government customer NAWC-AD Special Communications Mission Support (SCMS) as sole subject matter expert on Joint Staff Security Office Hampton Roads (JSSO-HR) Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS). Will provide corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance by conducting configuration audits, inventory management and on-site support on Intrusion Detection, Access Control, Video Surveillance and Recording, Perimeter/Early Warning Detection, Mass Notification System and their Power and Communication Interfaces. Will work independently to install, configure, service, repair, and maintain the Integrated Electronic Security Systems and to provide informal training on Integrated Electronic Security Systems.

This position is located in Suffolk, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Suffolk, VA or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Lenel OnGuard hardware and software training

Electronic Security System (ESS) maintenance experience

U.S. Military electronics training/experience

C-E test equipment experience

Ability to lift 30 pounds and work on ladders

High school diploma and at least 6 years of related experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Certified Military Instructor

Network Certification

Security Certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $68700 - $116800

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
