Job Summary:

This job is responsible for site standard costing system maintenance, and Costing/inventory module closing. Their duty is to ensure the system/module run smoothly to support business. they also play the important role in site inventory/production management & control flow, afford in-time & accurate analysis & suggestion to support the management team.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Maintenance & update & analysis standard material, material burden, direct labor, indirect labor, variable/fixed manufacture overhead, and all other costs.

2. Maintaining and leading standard cost for multiple organizations, including annual cost implosion and physical/cycle inventory count.

3. Performing the Inventory/Costing module closing work timely and accurately, and completing related account reconciliation and manual journal preparation.

4. Coordinate with operation team to execute periodically review & control on inventory,

5. Periodical analysis on production capacity & operation variance and make improvement plan with operation team.

6. Supporting and reconciling inventory, to include preparation of excess and obsolete (E&O) model quarterly with direction from the Materials team.

7. Coordinating and leading internal and external audits and managing internal controls.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

2. More than 7 years finance relevant working experience, at least 5 years in costing area of manufacture industry, MNC manufacturing company work experience is preferred.

3. Strong communications and interpersonal skills, and good team-player with the finance team & operation team.

4. Fluent at English reading & writing.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Data analysis tool.

6. Experience in ERP system is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Master’s Degree, CPA, or CMA.

• Rich experience in Oracle use.
